Traditionally, Spiritual Healing is where the healer is felt to be an instrument of the Divine, allowing the power of the Divine to heal through him or her.
Spiritual healers acknowledges that he or she does not "DO" the healing. In a sense, the healer is only the instrument through which the person seeking healing surrenders to the divine or Source. Spiritual healing acknowledges that everything is energy, and so spiritual healing can simultaneously affect all levels of life – physical, emotional, mental and spiritual. The key feature which distinguishes spiritual healing from more traditional healing methods is that the healer acts as a vehicle for divine intervention, where the healing relies totally on the intervention of a “higher intelligence”. Spiritual healing occurs spontaneously without the healer making conscious choices as to what "needs" healing. The healers open their own spirit to Source and through their connection and faith, the healing is accomplished. Occasionally spiritual healing is observed by those who are able to see auras. They observe that during healing, the aura of spiritual healers flows out energetically and interacts with the energy fields of those who are being healed. This happens without ANY specific intention or KNOWLEDGE of what the person hopes to heal on the part of the spiritual healer. |
Healing offered at every Service
Healing is offered at Service and we encourage all who visit to add to our "healing book" with the first name of any for whom they specifically wish to send healing.
Following a healing prayer, our trained spiritual healers will offer individual hands-on healing. To receive this, simply take a seat in front of one of the healers, who will create their connection between you and Source. All you do is relax, and they will bring the healing through to you by simply placing their hands on your shoulders. They can even conduct it with their hands a few inches away from your body , if you prefer.
If you do not partake of the individual healing, we ask that you sit and send your loving energy out to add to the healing energy.
